No — Gloss Haus is fully self-sufficient. We bring our own heated water supply and all power equipment to your driveway, garage, apartment lot, or office parking structure. You don't need to provide a single thing. This is one of the core reasons we built the business this way: it means we can work anywhere, and you never have to prep.

Interior or exterior alone: 2–3 hours. Full interior + exterior detail: 3–4 hours. Ceramic coating installation: 8–12 hours depending on the paint correction stage required beforehand. Matt will give you a specific time estimate when you book based on your vehicle size and condition.

The Full Haus at Gloss Haus includes: hand wash and clay bar decontamination, full interior vacuum (including trunk and all crevices), steam cleaning and shampooing of carpets and seats, dashboard and console surface wipe-down and trim dressing, interior and exterior glass cleaning, tire dressing and wheel shine. Exterior detail starts at $150 for a sedan, $175 for a small SUV, $195 for large vehicles. Interior detail starts at $165 (sedan), $195 (small SUV), $235 (large). Full interior + exterior starts at $250 for a sedan, $295 for a small SUV, $345 for large vehicles. Paint sealant: A polymer product applied on top of the clear coat. Lasts 3–6 months. Adds a layer of protection and gloss. Good for vehicles that don't have a coating yet and want interim protection.

Ceramic coating (Gloss Shield): A semi-permanent nano-ceramic product that bonds chemically to the clear coat. Lasts 3–8 years depending on the package. Dramatically harder surface, stronger hydrophobic effect, and far longer durability. Yes — with property manager or HOA permission. We're quiet, clean, and leave absolutely no mess behind. Because we're fully self-contained, we don't need access to building utilities and don't disrupt other residents. We work in covered garages, multi-level parking structures, and open surface lots all across Santa Clarita. If you're unsure about your complex's rules, we can provide documentation about our setup on request.

We will not book exterior detailing services during rain — water-based chemical processes don't work correctly in wet conditions, and the result wouldn't meet our standard. Interior details, however, are completely weather-independent and proceed as planned regardless of conditions outside.

Whenever weather is a concern, we contact you at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule at no cost. Santa Clarita's dry climate makes weather cancellations rare, but we take them seriously when they happen.

Yes. Between visits, the best approach is a two-bucket hand wash using a quality wash mitt and pH-neutral soap — or a touchless drive-through car wash. Avoid brush-style tunnel washes, especially if your car has a ceramic coating. The rotating brushes create micro-scratches that degrade coatings and paint over time.
