What to Know

2-month minimum commitment from the date of your first service. After that, month-to-month.

Cancellation Notice
30-day written cancellation notice required. Text or email Matt directly to cancel — no runaround.

Reschedule Window
Need to move your appointment? 48-hour notice required. Life happens — just give Matt a heads up.

No-Show Policy
$50 no-show fee applies after the first missed appointment without 48-hour notice. First one is always a freebie — we all forget sometimes.

Founding Member Rate Lock
Your rate is locked in for the life of your membership. If prices increase, founding members are exempt as long as they stay active.

Membership Questions

Club FAQ

Yes — life happens. You can pause your membership for up to one month per calendar year without penalty. Just give Matt at least 7 days' notice before your scheduled appointment and he'll hold your spot until you're ready to resume.
If weather prevents an exterior detail, Matt will contact you at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. You'll be rescheduled at no cost — typically within the same week. Interior details are weather-independent and proceed as normal.
Absolutely. Each vehicle is treated as its own membership enrollment, priced based on size. Contact Matt to add a second vehicle — you'll receive the same founding member rate for the second vehicle if you add it within 30 days of joining.
Sedans and small coupes fall into the sedan tier. Compact SUVs, crossovers, and mid-size pickups fall into the small SUV tier. Full-size SUVs, trucks, vans, and 3-row vehicles fall into the large tier. If you're unsure, text Matt a photo of your vehicle and he'll quote you accurately.
Text or email Matt directly with 30 days' written notice. No portals, no automated systems, no runaround. He handles cancellations personally. After the 2-month minimum, you can cancel any time with proper notice.
