We use three levels: Light (vehicle is relatively well-maintained, minimal buildup — no upcharge), Standard (typical daily driver with moderate buildup, light pet hair, or normal grime — no upcharge), and Heavy Restore (significant neglect, heavy pet hair, staining, baked-on grime, or odor issues — +$100).
